At Sôltē, we build boots for tough conditions and hard days. We expect them to hold up, and we stand behind every pair we make.
14 Day Free Returns and Exchanges
Wrong size? Wrong fit? Just not what you expected? No problem.
You have 14 days from the day your Sôltē boots are delivered to return or exchange them at no cost to you.
All we ask is that you send them back the way you got them:
- New and unworn
- In the original packaging
- With all original tags and accessories
- Free from dirt, scuffs, damage, or signs of wear
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for qualifying returns and exchanges.
Once we get the boots back and make sure they're still in new condition, we'll process your refund or get your exchange headed your way.
One tip: Try them on indoors and on a clean surface until you know the fit is right.
6 Month Manufacturing Defect Guarantee
We build Sôltē boots to take a beating. We also know the difference between a boot that's been worked hard and one that wasn't built right.
Every pair of Sôltē boots is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for six months from the original purchase date.
If something fails because of the way we made it, we want to know about it.
Send us your proof of purchase, a description of what happened, and a few photos showing the problem. We take quality seriously, so we also send that information directly to our manufacturing team. Every legitimate failure is a chance for us to find a way to fix a problem and build a better boot.
If we determine the problem is a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll replace your boots with the same or a comparable Sôltē product, or refund your original purchase price.
Simple as that.
What's Not Covered
These boots are built to be used, and hard use leaves a mark. Our guarantee covers the way we built the boot—not everything that can happen to it in the field.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cuts, punctures, abrasions, or tears from use
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Alterations or modifications
- Scuffs, fading, staining, discoloration, or other cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by using the boots for something they weren't designed to do
Wear them hard. That's what they're made for.
Making a Warranty Claim
Think something isn't right with your Sôltē boots? Email our Customer Service team at drewg@livesolte.com and send us:
- Your name and order number or proof of purchase
- A quick description of what happened
- Clear photos of the problem
- One photo showing the overall condition of the boots
The Sôltē 6-Month Manufacturing Defect Guarantee applies to the original purchaser of boots purchased directly from Sôltē. Proof of purchase may be required.
